Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a PMO/Data Analytics professional in Austria to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and automated reporting. You will design dashboards, leverage Databricks and SQL, and drive data quality across the organization.

You will own the Business Case management process, coordinate stakeholders, and support continuous improvement with training and documentation. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PMO, project/portfolio management, business analytics, reporting or process digitalization.
• Strong practical experience with Power BI, including semantic models, reporting and data visualization.
• Experience with Databricks, data engineering or modern data platforms is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint and workflow/process automation.
• Understanding of project governance, project and resource management, business cases and management reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical and analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership, from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, rollout and operational support.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with RPPM tools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable data, analytics and automation solutions for portfolio management and decision-making across a global business line.
• Design, develop and enhance data and analytics solutions, including Power BI dashboards and semantic models using SQL, Python and Databricks.
• Drive data quality, harmonize KPI definitions, automate recurring reporting and deliver forecasts and management insights.
• Own the end-to-end Business Case management process, including quarterly submissions and automated workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and user adoption through requirements gathering, UAT, rollout, training and optimization.
