Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training for contract management platforms in Dutch. This remote, freelance role offers part-time hours (25+ per week) with immediate start and flexible scheduling. You will work on multilingual data tasks involving contracts across international contexts.

Ideal candidates have strong legal interpretation, experience with contract analysis, and fluency in English plus the target language. Prior data-annotation or ML QA exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legal domain expertise with contract-review skills and cross-jurisdictional knowledge.
• Fluency in English and the target language.
• Experience with data annotation or machine learning QA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform multilingual legal data collection, evaluation, and annotation.
• Analyze clauses, obligations, and terms within complex contracts.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and quality reviews.
• Collaborate on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments.
