Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, primary care and/or women's health.
• Comfortable with virtual care platforms and EMRs - Technology savvy.
• Strong communicator, independent, patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments, manage care, and prescribe as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
