AItoolnavio is seeking a detail-oriented Language Alignment & Resource Partner to review, annotate, and validate AI outputs for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural relevance. This remote, project-based role emphasizes independent work and meticulous documentation.

You will transform feedback into practical resources, monitor quality trends, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure consistent standards across AI tasks. Prior experience in data evaluation and QA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in linguistics or language-focused work.
• Experience evaluating or annotating data.
• Verified English proficiency at C1 or C2.
• Native-level proficiency in target language with strong grammar knowledge.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review, annotate, and test AI content for grammar, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate outputs against quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify subtle linguistic issues, unnatural phrasing, and cultural inconsistencies.
• Serve as a quality checkpoint to maintain consistent standards.
• Analyze quality trends and recurring errors to suggest improvements.
• Turn feedback into actionable educational resources and documentation.
• Provide linguistic consultation as projects scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align outputs with campaign expectations.
