Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Freelance AI Trainer Project, remotely based in the Netherlands. You will review, annotate, and validate AI outputs to ensure linguistic quality and cultural accuracy, applying your native-language expertise in a data-rich setting.

Ideal candidates have a background in linguistics, experience evaluating or annotating human data, English proficiency at C1/C2, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Professional or educational background in linguistics or related field.
• Experience evaluating or annotating human data.
• Native-level proficiency in the target language.
• Verified English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to follow guidelines.
• Access to a secure computer and reliable internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate language outputs against established quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Identify and correct linguistic errors, unnatural expressions, awkward phrasing, and cultural inconsistencies in your native language.
• Act as a key quality checkpoint during production, helping prevent recurring language issues and maintain consistent standards.
• Analyze quality trends and recurring errors to identify opportunities for improvement across AI data tasks.
• Turn raw feedback and quality findings into structured, actionable educational resources and documentation.
• Provide specialized linguistic consultation and native-language vetting as projects scale.
• Collaborate with relevant project stakeholders to improve alignment between AI task outputs and campaign expectations.
