Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German with strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to conduct realistic customer service role-plays.
• Basic programming literacy, including familiarity with JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logical concepts.

• Access to a high-quality microphone for clear and reliable audio input during voice evaluations.
