Job summary

Jobgether, representing a partner, seeks an Information Security Analyst with GRC focus in the Netherlands. You will work in a remote-first security team bridging cybersecurity, AI, compliance, and risk management.

You will communicate security controls, manage risk, and drive governance across IT, Legal, Sales, and Engineering while supporting customers through security reviews. You will contribute to SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA alignment, develop risk registers, and streamline GRC processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information security, risk, compliance, or related experience.
• Experience completing security questionnaires, customer assessments, and due-diligence requests.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Experience with third-party and vendor security risk assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain security concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with security questionnaires, risk assessments, due-diligence, and security reviews.
• Explain security controls, architecture, compliance posture, and risk management to Sales and Customer teams.
• Assess and manage risks from third-party vendors and SaaS providers.
• Investigate compliance alerts and support ongoing activities using GRC tooling like Vanta.
• Maintain risk frameworks, processes, and documentation; track remediation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate risk governance sessions and contribute to policy and control improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline GRC processes in a growing organization.
