You will train AI models using real-world financial scenarios, focusing on equity analysis, portfolio construction, risk management, and market valuation in a 100% remote setup.

Responsibilities include creating realistic prompts, testing AI reasoning, and providing metacognitive feedback to improve model outputs.

Qualifications

• Foundational to advanced knowledge of investment topics, including financial modeling, asset allocation, portfolio management, risk evaluation, and macroeconomic dynamics.
• Strong written English communication and ability to articulate complex reasoning clearly.
• Remote, freelance work experience or comfort with independent work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, execute, and document investment scenarios and market-based reasoning tasks for AI model testing.
• Evaluate factual accuracy and financial logic of AI outputs across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and macroeconomics.
• Identify, capture, and analyze error traces and oversimplifications to improve analytical depth.
• Provide structured feedback to refine prompts, evaluation guidelines, and benchmark datasets.
• Collaborate on improvements to portfolio management, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment.
