IT Solutions Worldwide B.V. is seeking ambitious HBO graduates or starters to become professional Supply Chain Planners through a structured 3‑month training program.

You will bridge studies and work experience, gaining practical responsibilities in planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes ownership, hands-on training, and a pathway to a long-term career within our Supply Chain & Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Education: HBO graduate or recently graduated in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• No extensive work experience required; graduates/starters welcome to gain practical experience in the supply chain field.
• Native-level fluency in Dutch is mandatory; professional proficiency in English for communicating with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities with numbers, data, planning information, and structured processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; affinity with ERP systems and digital planning tools is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with suppliers, colleagues, and internal departments.
• Inquisitive, proactive, eager to learn, structured, solution-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
• Clear interest in a long-term career within Supply Chain Planning and participation in the 3-month training program.
