Job summary

Flatpay is expanding its Dutch team and seeks an ambitious field sales professional. You will visit entrepreneurs across the Eindhoven region, present Flatpay solutions, close contracts, and manage your own pipeline with a mix of referrals and cold outreach.

Qualifications

Proven field sales experience closing deals in the field.
Strong face-to-face communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with results-driven mindset.
Organized with good regional pipeline management.
Able to work independently and with SDR/Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Visit business owners on site for demos and closing contracts (approx. 75% of deals).
Build your own pipeline via referrals, networking and cold canvassing (approx. 25%).
Advise and present solutions that solve real pain points for entrepreneurs.
Deliver and install payment terminals at new clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
Keep CRM up-to-date and act as a customer satisfaction ambassador.
Share feedback with SDR, Marketing and Product teams to improve go-to-market strategy.
