Job summary
Ramboll seeks an Environmental and Social Consultant/Managing Consultant for Sustainable Finance based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam, with flexible/remote work). You will contribute to high quality environmental, social and sustainability solutions across international development projects in infrastructure, energy and renewables.
Your role includes delivering ESDD/ESIA work, managing projects, and supporting business development within Ramboll's Global Impact Assessment and Biodiversity &
Qualifications
- Experience in environmental and social input to international development projects.
- Knowledge of IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and OECD Approaches.
- Fluency in English; French is highly advantageous.
- 2–15 years experience in E&S consultancy.
- Willingness for international field visits.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical E&S input and delivery for ESDD, ESIA and advisory work.
- Manage small to large IESC ESDD/ESIA projects.
- Lead site compliance audits and monitoring visits.
- Lead proposal management and writing.
- Support the Sustainable Finance business development plan.
