Job summary

Shell Trading and Supply Rotterdam is seeking a results-driven Operations professional to optimize and execute the regional supply plan. You’ll collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams to keep plans aligned and adverse events under control.

You will analyze performance data using Salesforce, Power BI, and TMS, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to HSSE guidelines while supporting energetic markets in BeNeLux and Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Shipping.
• Experience in commodity operations or supply chain management.
• Experience with Petroleum or renewable products is a plus.
• Fluency in English; another language (German, French, or Spanish) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimized operational plan is executed.
• Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing sites to handle deviations.
• Develop scenarios to assess feasibility and cost for disruptions.
• Analyze inventory, lifting, and data quality using Salesforce, Power BI or TMS.
• Identify opportunities for improvements with SMEs.
• Drive disciplined execution with end-to-end focus in planning.
• Adhere to Shell HSSE guidelines and assess HSSE impact on the business.
• Monitor customers' HSSE needs and practices.
