Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a Dutch speech data collection project. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours (approximately 2–4 hours daily) with an immediate start. You will record natural speech, annotate it, and provide metadata to help advance AI technologies.

Fluent Dutch and strong English, plus keen attention to detail, are essential. A quiet recording space and reliable internet are required. Competitive, ongoing payments for a flexible engagement.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (Netherlands) required.
• Advanced English to understand written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech according to project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations (workplace conversations, casual discussions).
• Perform 1–2 person conversational tasks or voice/text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data per provided instructions.
• Provide metadata related to each recording.
