Job summary

RWS is seeking AI conversation recording contributors in the Netherlands for a Dutch speech data collection project. This remote freelance role involves recording natural speech, annotating data, and providing metadata to support ASR and AI model evaluation.

Flexible, task-based work with immediate start. You will work in a quiet recording space with a headset and a reliable internet connection, completing 2–4 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (Netherlands).
• Advanced level English to understand instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Dutch speech per project guidelines.
• Annotate and provide metadata for each recording.
• Complete single or paired speech tasks, including voice or text interactions with AI systems.
• Ensure recordings meet quality and platform requirements.
