This full-time role offers a gross monthly salary of €1,300 paid over 14 months, a relocation package including hotel, flights, and housing assistance, onboarding, and ongoing coaching for career development.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
