Job summary

WW Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to work remotely from Greece for an international tech company. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering high-quality service in Dutch and English.

In addition to fully paid training and a nesting period, the role offers a relocation package including flight tickets, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate support. Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• English B2+ or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
