Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to work remotely in Greece from Athens/Piraeus area. You will support customers in Dutch via phone, chat, and email, helping with product inquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.

You will receive fully paid training, a thorough onboarding, and ongoing training, with regular cross-skilling and development in an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent native-level Dutch.
• English B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
