Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater who is fluent in US Dutch for a remote, part-time opportunity based around Amsterdam. The role focuses on reviewing scales, guiding methodology, and supporting rater performance in clinical trials.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Windows and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI and MADRS).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documents.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
