Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater who is Romanian-speaking to support remote clinical trials. The role involves reviewing scales, guiding raters on methodology, and performing mock interviews to ensure data quality.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of psychiatric assessment experience (PANSS/SCID) and CNS trial exposure. Remote, part-time engagement with ongoing documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent).
• MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments or scales (PANSS/SCID).
• Minimum 3 years clinical trial experience with psychiatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review data and prepare for rater discussions with necessary materials.
• Conduct patient interviews and clinical assessments.
• Administer, score, and interpret clinical rating scales and interviews.
• Provide live feedback on methodology and scoring accuracy.
• Complete assessments and documentation within study timelines.
