Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a Dutch-speaking LLM AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) for a short-term remote engagement. The role runs about 1 month with 20–40 hours per week, starting immediately and overlapping four hours with PST.

You will design prompts, evaluate responses, and ensure data privacy in model outputs. The ideal candidate has data annotation or AI evaluation experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent written feedback capabilities while working independently from a remote

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency is mandatory for this Dutch-focused project.
• Experience in data annotation, AI quality evaluation, content moderation, or related roles is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate nuanced and ambiguous AI responses.
• Comfortable using a personal Google account with enabled data sources.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in a relevant analytical field.
• Strong written communication and structured feedback skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-turn prompts based on personal context.
• Evaluate personalized AI responses for relevance, grounding, and usefulness.
• Assess correct/incorrect use of personal data in outputs.
• Perform side-by-side evaluation and ranking of AI responses.
• Identify grounding errors, inferences, and forced personalization.
• Write clear rationales referencing specific turns.
