Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM specialist to provide L3 production support across CyberArk vaults, PVWA, CPM, PSM and related components. You will own incidents, drive root-cause analysis and deliver automation using PowerShell and REST APIs.

The role requires 8+ years in privileged access management, strong scripting skills, and experience integrating PAM with MFA, SSO, SIEM, and ITSM. Remote Europe with potential travel is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of privileged access management experience with CyberArk PAM administration and L3 production support.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, CCP and related components.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix, AD/LDAP, DNS, PKI and network basics.
• Experience integrating PAM with MFA, SSO, SIEM, ITSM and monitoring tools.
• CI/CD and cloud concepts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for CyberArk components and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Manage CyberArk upgrades, patching, backup, DR and platform maintenance.
• Onboard privileged, service, and application accounts; configure Safes, CPM, PSM components.
• Develop automation and reporting using PowerShell and CyberArk APIs.
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams.
• Plan and execute high-availability and DR tests; maintain runbooks.
