Job summary

Monks Technology Services is seeking a Creative Designer for a three-month contractor position, fully remote for the initial period. You will develop visual content that brings brand identities to life across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, and solid typography and layout skills. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams, manage multiple projects, and present concepts to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across digital, print, social media, and web experiences.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other core design principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts for digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces.
• Create modern, engaging designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences.
• Research design trends and emerging technologies to introduce fresh perspectives into creative work.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Participate actively in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on stakeholder input.
• Create assets that support digital marketing, social media, and web experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams.
