Job summary

Monks, the global, digital-first unit of S4 Capital, seeks a Senior Designer for a temporary 3-month contract (October–December). You will be the quality assurance expert for deliverables across digital and print, setting art direction and ensuring pixel-perfect assets.

Collaborate with creative directors, guide visuals, and manage multiple projects while maintaining brand standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and print production.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
Advantageous: HTML/CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to produce impactful visuals.
Receive file and direction handoffs from Art Directors and finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, individual image assets, and mock-ups.
Adhere to brand guidelines while developing new styles and creative proposals.
Work with business leaders to translate vision and strategy into visuals.
Adapt, retouch, and scale assets for digital and print formats.
Design presentations for executives and external events.
Seamlessly transition between digital and print production.
Collaborate with clients, executives, strategists, and creatives to refine rough sketches into polished files.
Demonstrate time management and multi-project coordination with leads and PMs.
