Leaseweb is seeking a Compliance professional based in Amsterdam to verify customer orders and manage abuse tickets. You will handle law enforcement requests and blacklisting tasks, while promoting Leaseweb policies to stakeholders and providing guidance on abuse and verification issues.

You will participate in trainings, contribute to various projects, and support a multicultural HQ environment in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience handling abuse tickets via email or phone.
• Knowledge of KYC processes and compliance standards.
• Ability to train and present on abuse and verification topics.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer orders independently.
• Process abuse tickets and respond to law enforcement requests.
• Handle blacklisting requests and communicate policies.
• Advise customers and colleagues on abuse and compliance matters.
• Contribute to projects and trainings.
