Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles working directly to a senior leader, with authority to act rather than relay
• Ability to design and implement operating cadences and processes
• Judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information and competing priorities
• Experience in professional services, law firm or complex stakeholder environments is a strong plus
• Native or fluent professional English required
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset with clarity and efficiency

Responsibilities

• AI-driven process innovation: refine workflows and integrate AI tools for tracking, briefing and coordination
• Demand and priority management: decide what reaches the Head of Firm Management with a reason
• Leadership operating rhythm: run cadence of leadership meetings, planning cycles and reviews
• Decision support: prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries
• Stakeholder management: coordinate across partners, senior lawyers, business services and external parties
• Execution ownership: take initiatives end to end and report outcomes
• Risk mitigation: anticipate gaps and delays and resolve before they surface
