Job summary
Catawiki is seeking a Stamps Expert for the Benelux market to curate high‑quality stamp auctions and attract engaged bidders. You’ll ensure listings meet quality standards and transform market knowledge into valuable lot selections.
You will review submissions for transparency and accuracy, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to grow the seller base, and work from a fully remote setup based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Qualifications
- Strong passion and proven expertise in Stamps.
- Excellent commercial skills, with negotiation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Experience with digital tools.
- Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or as a Stamps Dealer is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users for attractive listings.
- Create compelling weekly lot selections using market expertise and network.
- Review titles, descriptions, and images to assess quality and estimate values.
- Maintain fair transactions by applying expert judgement to submissions.
- Communicate rejections professionally to safeguard seller relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify the range.
- Partner with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and visibility.
