Jobgether is seeking an Investment Banking AI Research Contributor based in the Netherlands. You will design realistic Excel-based tasks from investment banking and M&A workflows to challenge AI models and create precise evaluation criteria.

You will work remotely on a project basis with an immediate start, delivering human-created task briefs and input workbooks while ensuring data integrity. This flexible role suits experienced finance professionals.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Ability to build, review, and troubleshoot complex models with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Create realistic Excel-based tasks grounded in IB/M&A workflows.
• Develop reference solutions and objective evaluation rubrics.
• Design evaluation criteria and grading rubrics for AI model outputs.
• Submit tasks for evaluation and analyze AI model performance.
• Draft clear task briefs with input workbooks and sanitized data.
• Maintain data integrity and avoid confidential information.
• Participate in onboarding and complete initial task proposals.
