YO AI Labs seeks an Investment Banking Expert to work remotely on a contractor basis, contributing to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research for AI-training projects.

Senior IB experience (Senior Associate or VP) with live M&A processes and strong Excel modeling is preferred. You will build and review pitchbooks, perform target screening and analysis, and ensure accuracy of financial materials.

Qualificações

• Senior Associate or VP experience in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
