DEPT® is a Growth Invention company helping ambitious brands grow faster. We are seeking a Manager of Retail Paid Search to own Amazon Sponsored Ads strategy for enterprise clients.

This role is an individual contributor with potential to coach juniors as the team grows, and requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. DEPT® is remote-first; for this role, candidates in Central or Eastern time zones are preferred to align with team and client schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• 2+ years of paid search experience.
• 2+ years building paid search campaigns in Amazon platform.
• 2+ years of client-facing engagements with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns across Amazon and other platforms.
• Manage and oversee the execution and optimization of sponsored campaigns.
• Implement account monitoring, budgeting, and optimization to hit targets.
• Qualify ideas, prioritize initiatives, and drive impact on account performance.
• Provide updates on budget pacing and campaign performance to clients and teams.
• Demonstrate time management to balance workload and meet deadlines.
• Grow understanding of retail search and continuously learn in the field.
