Job summary
Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is a pioneer in automotive remote diagnostics, offering a close-knit team and a chance to work on ADAS-focused diagnostics from a remote helpdesk. You will diagnose, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex ADAS issues remotely, support mechanics in the garage, and document insights while sharing knowledge to grow the team.
Flexibility to work from home long term, a competitive salary between €2,700 and €4,000 for a 40-hour week, and a strong pension and holiday benefits
Qualifications
- A passion for cars and/or technology.
- Basic knowledge of automotive engineering (training or experience).
- Interest in or experience with diagnostics and/or ADAS systems.
- Eager to learn and technical insight.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Language skills: Dutch or English required.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex diagnostic issues focusing on ADAS systems.
- Support calibrations of camera, radar, and sensor systems.
- Provide technical support to mechanics remotely.
- Work with advanced OEM diagnostic tools and ADAS technologies.
- Document diagnoses, fixes and insights.
- Share knowledge with colleagues to improve the team.
