Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a dedicated QA/Test Technician to support testing and validation of products, components, and systems in the Netherlands. You will execute test procedures, document results, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure reliability and compliance with specifications.

The role requires 2+ years in testing/QA, familiarity with electrical/mechanical/environmental tests, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or environmental testing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, environmental, and performance tests on products.
• Set up and operate test equipment and instrumentation.
• Record and analyze test data, identify deviations, and report findings.
• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of test failures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results.
• Support engineering teams in prototype evaluations and product development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and testing protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as needed.
