Job summary

SkyNRG’s DSL-01 facility in Delfzijl, Netherlands seeks a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to build and continuously improve maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity frameworks for the SAF plant. You will translate studies into practical maintenance plans, lead RCA and predictive maintenance, and work with operations to reduce risk and boost long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and English.
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Integrity, or Asset Management.
Experience with RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, and maintenance strategy development.
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or IFS.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve maintenance, inspection, and asset integrity strategies.
Translate reliability studies, FMECA analyses, and engineering data into practical maintenance plans within the CMMS/EAM system.
Act as owner of the asset register from a maintenance, reliability, and integrity perspective.
Support the implementation and continuous development of the facility's CMMS/EAM system.
Drive reliability improvements through asset health monitoring, KPI analysis, and predictive maintenance techniques.
Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Monitor and improve reliability performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and inspection compliance.
Support asset improvement, modification, and long‑term replacement strategies throughout the asset lifecycle.
