Proactive Technical Limited in Ridderkerk is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their warehouse automation team. Qualifications

2-5 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
Experience in automation, logistics, or manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in automated warehouse systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Analyze recurring breakdowns and identify root causes.
Implement reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and coach less experienced technicians.
Collaborate with suppliers and operations teams to reduce downtime.
