Job summary

NIBC Bank N.V. in The Hague area is seeking a medior Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting to analyze business and IT requirements within Finance & Regulatory Reporting and support delivery of technology-enabled solutions.

You will work with stakeholders, data teams, and IT delivery to ensure compliant, efficient reporting processes, with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement. The role balances day-to-day reporting with change initiatives in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BA experience in IT within Finance/Regulatory Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional specs.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliations, and impact assessments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across Finance and Regulatory Reporting value chain.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities for business processes and IT systems.
• Design and implement regulatory reporting solutions meeting data and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate ABN AMRO integration related data, controls, and reporting alignment.
• Translate regulatory requirements into data specs, rules, and reporting logic.
• Coordinate test activities, define scenarios, and support UAT.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements into epics and user stories.
