Job summary

Trouw Nutrition in the Netherlands is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to guide our products and activities through complex regulatory landscapes across global markets.

You will advise global stakeholders, assess risks, support registrations and market access, and translate legislation into actionable guidance. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus; a flexible hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or similar.
• Experience in feed, food, veterinary, chemical industries.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

At Trouw Nutrition, our purpose is Feeding the Future. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products, innovations, and commercial activities comply with regulatory requirements across global markets.

Working within the Global Regulatory Compliance team, you will provide expert advice on regulatory challenges, assess compliance risks, and support business stakeholders in navigating complex legislation related to animal nutrition products, ingredients, registrations, labeling, and international trade.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or a similar role.
• Experience within feed, food, veterinary, chemical, or related industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus.
