You will map processes, coordinate projects, and help maintain quality standards within timelines and budgets. This 12-18 month program provides a strong starting salary of €3,100 per month (40 hours) and a €10,000 trainingsbudget, plus travel and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• HBO Bachelor’s or WO degree required.
• Interest in regulatory business analysis.
• Affinity for financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and challenges across departments.
• Map out business processes and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Coordinate projects implementing regulatory requirements and monitor progress.
• Establish and maintain quality standards; perform data analyses and reporting to stakeholders.
