Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Manager QHSE for Northern Europe, based in Germany or the Netherlands. You will lead the deployment of the QHSE strategy across the region, partnering with operations to drive a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee risk management, audits, incidents, and environmental initiatives, including Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction. The role requires fluent English and German or Dutch, with experience across multi-site industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QHSE across multi-site operations in industrial, engineering, energy, manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and sustainability frameworks.
• Fluent English plus German or Dutch, additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Aggreko's QHSE strategy across Northern Continental Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Partner with regional leadership teams to strengthen safety culture, improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
• Lead risk management, incident investigations, audits, assurance activities and regulatory compliance programmes across the region.
• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives, including measurement, reporting and reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
• Provide expert QHSE support for major projects, customer engagements, tenders, crisis management and business continuity activities.
