Brown-Forman is seeking a senior Marketing Leader to guide regional strategy and organization across the IMAGE markets from London. The role partners with regional and global stakeholders to ensure world-class marketing strategies, strong execution, and exceptional brand-building across channels.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive sustainable growth and brand equity, and navigate complex markets with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership with FMCG/beverage experience.
• Experience in international matrix organizations.
• Managing multi-country marketing with both distributor-led and direct routes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and agency management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
