Job summary

KLN Logistics Group in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Regional HSSE Function Manager to lead governance and risk management across the region. You will ensure operations meet customer and regulatory requirements while upholding KLN standards, and oversee HSSE governance, training and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in HSSE, engineering, logistics, risk management or related field.
• Relevant HSSE experience within logistics, transport or warehouse operations, ideally regional or multi-site.
• Good knowledge of risk management, audits, compliance and ISO-based management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HSSE governance and ensure readiness for customer, regulatory and KLN requirements.
• Manage HSSE risk assessments across safety, security and environmental protection with effective controls.
• Coordinate compliance monitoring, site inspections and internal audits; oversee incident reporting and investigations.
• Drive regional HSSE qualification and training initiatives; coach local teams to strengthen HSSE competence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, HR/T&D, and suppliers; provide regular reporting on HSSE performance.
