Job summary

New Energy Coalition is seeking a Project Developer and Manager for Future-Proof Energy Systems in Noord-Holland Noord (Alkmaar region). The role focuses on concrete solutions for grid congestion, hydrogen chains, and integrated energy systems, working with companies, government bodies, and knowledge institutions.

You will operate in a region at the forefront of energy innovation, bridging regional impact with a European network.

Qualifications

Requires higher education in business/admin or technical fields.
Experience in public-private/innovation environments preferred.
Affinity with energy transition and energy systems.
Experience with grant programs and innovation projects is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and project development skills required.
Ability to translate ideas into concrete projects and proposals.
Structured working style with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Initiating and realizing projects on system integration, smart energy systems, and hydrogen;
Building collaborations with companies, governments, and knowledge institutions;
Identifying opportunities within national and European programs (Horizon Europe, ERDF);
Developing project ideas into proposals and grant applications;
Coordinating projects from idea to execution with planning and stakeholder management;
Building regional and international networks (Hydrogen Valley, European collaborations).
