Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the Netherlands seeks an Accountant Audit & Reporting to lead external audits for three hotels, prepare Dutch GAAP statements, and ensure accurate reporting to the Area Director of Finance. You will collaborate with hotel finance teams and external auditors to deliver high-quality financial statements and tax filings.

The role requires 4+ years in auditing, strong Excel skills, and experience with Dutch GAAP/SBR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in accounting, controlling, economics or finance.
• At least four years of work experience, including external auditing.
• Experience with Dutch GAAP and SBR reporting formats.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead external financial statement audits with the area director of finance.
• Prepare Dutch GAAP financial statements and SBR reports.
• Coordinate audit plans, timelines and deliverables with auditors.
• Ensure timely responses and documentation from hotel finance teams.
• Support FP&A tasks and tax/compliance activities as needed.
• Maintain Hyatt policy alignment and hotel-wide audit quality.
