Job summary

Ruys Groep, a market leader in industrial floors, is seeking an Account Manager for the Southwest Netherlands. You’ll cultivate relationships with contractors, real estate managers and clients, advising on sustainable floor solutions and leveraging sister companies within the Cold Care Group.

You’ll manage a customer portfolio across Food, Pharma and Utilities, traveling throughout Zeeland, Brabant, South Holland and parts of Gelderland and Utrecht. A valid B driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level with a construction/technical background.
• Experience with contractors, real estate or utilitarian construction in a role as account manager or project manager.
• Experience selling projects.
• Team player with a shared view: together we achieve more.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and convert project requests; proactively pursue new and existing customers and translate their needs into concrete, value-driven assignments.
• Bridge between client and organization; coordinate with inside sales and execution so everyone knows what to do and when.
• Grow the client portfolio; build relationships, identify cross- and upsell opportunities, ensure excellent customer experience.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, both domestic and abroad, establish new contacts and spot trends.
• Monitor market developments; identify opportunities early and initiate actions in your region.
• Strengthen marketing campaigns with practical input.
