About the role

Responsible for leading the implementation of the global Reckitt Production System (RPS), this role co-leads with the site director the manufacturing excellence program, focusing on improving performance and productivity.

This role is a key member of the leadership team, working under the Site Director and collaborating across all organizational levels to build capabilities, adopt TPM or WCM practices, and achieve continuous improvement year over year.

Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement: Analyze and improve production systems and processes for continuous enhancement, including maintenance and production planning.
  2. People Development: Enhance operational capabilities through training and development.
  3. TPM/WCM Initiatives: Lead TPM/WCM pillars, fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on TPM/WCM/Lean principles.
  4. Performance Reviews: Lead and facilitate performance evaluations.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams to reduce losses, waste, energy use, quality issues, and safety risks, while increasing productivity.
  6. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on production data and KPIs, ensuring data integrity.
  7. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and communicate progress to senior management.
  8. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
  9. Change Management: Develop and lead deployment strategies for RPS and productivity initiatives.
  10. Stakeholder Engagement: Train and support employees in lean principles and continuous improvement.
  11. Productivity Governance: Facilitate ideation events, monitor projects, and update global productivity metrics.
  12. Capability Building: Coach teams and develop functional skills to meet cross-functional goals.
  13. Financial Management: Manage the CI budget and monitor financial results.
Additional Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • At least 10 years of manufacturing experience, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Over 4 years of experience in operations with a structured Manufacturing Excellence program.
  • Experience with TPM/WCM strategy implementation and training.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital systems in manufacturing.
  • Certification or experience as a TPM/WCM instructor or pillar leader.
