Job summary

Start People zoekt een proactieve receptioniste voor ons logistieke hub in Rotterdam Albrandswaard. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en chauffeurs tussen 10:00 en 19:00, verzorgt passeren en documentatie en ondersteunt administratie met nauwkeurigheid.

Vereisten: MBO 3 in administratie of logistiek, vloeiend Nederlands, basis Engels, ervaring met receptietaken en logistieke administratie (CMR, laadlijsten).

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 diploma in administratie of logistiek.
• Vloeiende Nederlandse taal; Engelse basisvaardigheid.
• Ervaring met receptietaken en logistieke administratie (CMR, laadlijsten).
• Bekwaam in MS Office en logistieke systemen (WMS/TMS).
• Beschikbaar voor doordeweekse dagdiensten 10:00–19:00.

Responsibilities

• Verwelkomen van bezoekers en chauffeurs en hen naar de juiste afdeling leiden.
• Aanmaken en registreren van bezoekerspassen volgens veiligheidsprotocollen.
• Administratie: controleren en verwerken van CMR-documenten, laadlijsten en inbound planning.
• Telefoonverkeer professioneel afhandelen en duidelijke antwoorden geven.
• Werkplek netjes en professioneel houden voor een gastvrije omgeving.

Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch and English (with Polish as a plus).

What You Will Do:

• Welcome: greet visitors and drivers, ensuring they feel at ease and directing them to the right department.
• Visitor passes: create, collect, and accurately register visitor passes in line with security protocols.
• Administration: review and process CMR documents, loading lists, and inbound planning with precision.
• Phone handling: professionally manage incoming calls, providing clear and helpful responses.
• Workplace upkeep: maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly salary between €15.63 and €19.01, based on your experience and aligned with scale C of the applicable collective labor agreement (cao).
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position upon good performance.
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week, with stable day shifts from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Functie-eisen

• MBO level 3 diploma in administration or logistics.
• Fluent in Dutch; basic English required; Polish is a plus.
• Experience with reception tasks and logistics administration (CMR, load lists).
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems (e.g., WMS/TMS).
• Available for weekday day shifts from 10:00 to 19:00.
