ibis budget Amsterdam Airport is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and share local recommendations. You’ll be the first point of contact and help create a memorable stay as part of a close-knit team in a 200-room hotel.

This is a part‑time role with morning, evening, and night shifts. You must be available for at least two night shifts per month and four workdays per week.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• Fluent in English.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly personality.

This is what you will do!

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You welcome our guests, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and go the extra mile to make their stay memorable. You are knowledgeable about Amsterdam and the surrounding area and enjoy sharing recommendations with our guests.

During morning shifts, you will also be responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet and helping to maintain a safe and welcoming hotel environment.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, stress-resistant, and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment. As Ibis Budget Amsterdam Airport operates 24/7, flexibility is essential. You must be available to work morning, evening, and night shifts, with a minimum oftwo night shifts per month. We are specifically looking for someone who is available to workfour days per week.
