Job summary

BTT Multimodal Container Solutions is seeking a Reach Stacker Operator to move containers safely, precisely and on time at our modern terminal. You will handle heavy equipment, maintain an overview of the stack and ensure the logistics flow runs smoothly.

You work outdoors, read plans, perform daily checks, and coordinate with a team of around 15 colleagues. A 2-shift rota including weekends is required, with 28 holiday days per year and opportunities to progress within terminal operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with reach stacker/forklift in a logistics/terminal environment.
• MBO level thinking and working.
• Safety-conscious attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely moving, stacking and handling containers on the terminal.
• Maintaining overview of the container stack and working according to plan.
• Safely and efficiently operating reach stackers and other terminal equipment.
• Carrying out checks on the machine and equipment before the start of your shift.
• Liaising with colleagues to keep the container flow running smoothly.
