Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers from trucks and rail wagons.
• Move and correctly position containers using the reachstacker.
• Occasionally operate the terminal tractor for trailers.
• Coordinate with planning and gate operations.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency at all times.
• Respond quickly to planning changes.
• Work in a 2-shift schedule.

Are you looking for a challenging position as a Reachstacker Driver in Venlo? Do you enjoy working with heavy equipment and keeping a cool head in a dynamic terminal environment? At the terminal in Greenport Venlo, containers from sea, road, and rail come together. You ensure that everything is handled safely, efficiently, and on time. No container is too heavy, and no schedule is too tight. Thanks to your experience and expertise, the terminal keeps moving day and night.

What do we offer?

• A starting salary from €2,915 gross per month, including shift allowances;
• Working in a 2‑shift system between 06:00 and 00:00;
• Working one Saturday every four weeks, compensated as time off in lieu;

What will you do?

• Load and unload containers from trucks and rail wagons;
• Move and correctly position containers in the stack using the reachstacker;
• Occasionally operate the terminal tractor to move trailers;
• Coordinate with planning, gate operations, and colleagues on the terminal;
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency at all times;
• Respond quickly to changes in the planning;
• Work in a 2‑shift schedule.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a Reachstacker Driver is a strong advantage;
• No reachstacker experience yet, but affinity with logistics and experience operating a forklift or reach truck? We also encourage you to apply;
