KRUSH Labs, based in Eindhoven, designs and builds unmanned aircraft for development projects. We seek a hands-on UAV Assembly Technician to support assembly and integration of unmanned aerial systems.

You will build airframes, perform composite and mechanical assembly, soldering wiring, and conduct system integration and testing. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required; fluent English is essential, and an EASA drone license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Drone/RC background and hands-on fabrication
• Fine, accurate hand-working skills are essential
• Experience with composite and mechanical assembly from drawings/BOMs
• Electronics assembly, soldering, wiring, and harnessing in aircraft systems
• Mechatronic assembly and system integration experience
• Structural bonding and material prep for aerospace-grade parts
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs; use calipers/micrometers
• Quality control through build sheets, batch numbers, deviations and traceability
• Strong ownership of tasks, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• FPV RC piloting is a plus; IPC/WHMA-A-620 or IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certs are beneficial

Responsabilités

• Build UAV airframes and integrate mechanical, composite, electronic, and mechatronic components from drawings to finished assembly
• Perform composite and mechanical assembly including lamination, vacuum bagging, curing, bonding, drilling, reaming, deburring, tapping, riveting, fastening
• Perform electronic assembly and integration including soldering, PCB prep, wiring, harnessing and component installation
• Support UAV/mechatronic system integration and testing (electronic, powerplant, structural)
• Work from 2D drawings and BOMs, building to current revision
• Make and maintain jigs, fixtures and moulds
• Complete build records with serial numbers and material batch data
• Identify and report non-conformities, maintain high quality and traceability
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
• UAV assembly experience and attention to detail required
• A minimum of 3 years in similar tasks; English fluency required
• Drone license a plus (EASA A1/A2/A3) if available
