Job summary

A leading agricultural company in Andijk is seeking a Business Controller for R&D to contribute directly to growth ambitions. In this role, you will drive financial improvements and support strategic decision-making within the R&D organization. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in finance roles and a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI is essential, along with excellent communication skills in English. This position fosters a collaborative environment and offers a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience as a (Business) Controller, Analyst or Financial Consultant.
• Agricultural or sector-specific background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements and support value creation through investment decisions.
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX and Crop P&L.
• Develop tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
