Job summary

Cryo Solutions BV is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to design, develop, and improve software and electronics for medical devices. You will translate complex concepts into practical solutions, prototype, test, and contribute to final product realization.

The role involves collaborating with other disciplines, monitoring integration, and drafting technical documentation to support product development from concept to production.

Qualifications

• HBO education in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• >5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with microcontrollers and C/C++ programming.
• Knowledge of printed circuit board design and electronics.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English, spoken and written; German and French are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for microcontrollers in C/C++.
• Design of printed circuit boards and electrical systems.
• Product development of medical devices.
• Monitoring the integration of software and electronics within projects.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to bring products from concept to production.
• Researches the market and the wishes of employers and/or customers and carries out tests.
• Drawing up technical documentation.
